Your goal in Shadow Director: climb the ladder up to the chairmanship.

A career in grades

You start as assistant sporting director. Your renown, which rises with your results and decisions, takes you to sporting director, football director, general director, then chairman. Each grade has its own renown threshold and salary.

What raises your renown

The club’s results, the board’s trust, your replies to messages, your signings and how you handle stress. Weekly challenges and starter objectives also earn you rewards.

Changing clubs

Other clubs send you offers as your renown rises. You can accept, refuse or stay loyal. With the PRO tier you can also create your own club.

Keeping a record

The Career tab shows your history, achievements and a shareable recap. The LEGEND tier adds a trophy room, a detailed report and career curves.

Clean or not

You can get there with nothing to hide, or by using Dirty Hands. Everyone plays it their own way.
