Who is behind the game
I made Shadow Director so that no two games are the same. You are a sporting director who wants to become president. You can get there clean, or by letting yourself be bribed. The idea is that you want to start one more season. It is an independent project, made in France by QuilleTech. If something is off, write to me.

What you do in the game
A real staff, 8 positions
Assistant, fitness coach, doctor, scout, goalkeeper coach, video analyst, physio, youth coach. They write to you, improve, or leave.
An academy to grow
Every 1 July, new youngsters arrive. Promote them, sell them or let them mature.
Matches that matter
Play the match live with instructions to the coach, or simulate it. The table decides the board’s trust.

Every message comes with three ways to reply. The consequences, shown here, hit your reputation, your staff, squad morale or your stress.
What you see on the left is the game’s exact text. The same message never plays out the same way: the club’s situation changes everything.
Three difficulty levels
Easy, Normal or Hard: the level sets gains, penalties, stress and the share of the unexpected. In messages, the right answer is never the same: you be the judge.
Stress
Stress rises with bad results and unanswered messages. At 100 %, it is burn-out. Step out of the office: a drink, the pool, a weekend at the seaside.

Do I need an account?
No. You just play, and the game stays on your device. A Google account is optional.
How is this different from Football Manager?
You are not the coach. You are the sporting director: you deal with the coach, the chairman, the press, agents and staff, not the match-by-match line-up.
Can you really get bribed?
Yes. The PRO tier unlocks Dirty Hands: referees, press, board, bonuses, a black cash fund. It is up to you how far you go.
