What the level sets
Gains and losses on the board’s trust, reputation, the relationship with the coach, stress and budget. It also sets the share of the unexpected: a choice that looks good can go wrong, and the other way round.
In messages
Replies are shuffled and not colour-coded: you judge the best one. There is no single right answer, because the club’s situation changes the reaction.
Your club matters too
The game has 14 clubs across 3 divisions. The bigger the budget, the more demanding the board. A small club with little money is a different game.
