Is it worth levelling up?
The effect rises steadily (+0.2 per level), but the wage grows by about a third at every level. At level 1 you get 0.1 for €10,000 of monthly wage; at level 10, only 0.1. Levelling up gets more and more expensive for the same gain: the first levels are the most profitable, the last ones are for when money is no longer an obstacle.
When to hire
A luxury: take him once the academy is up and running. This role opens with academy level 2. Levels 1 to 3 are free, levels 4 to 10 need the PRO tier. Efficiency also depends on the relationship (0 to 100) you keep with this staff member: high stress, a hostile board or defeats wear it down.
