Assistant
This is the role that weighs most on the pitch: each level adds 0.6 team strength points, and the assistant is the one who hands you the monthly progress review (first Monday of the month).
If he worries after a losing run, listen to him.
What each level brings

| 2 | 1.2 team strength | €25,000 | Free |
| 3 | 1.8 team strength | €35,000 | Free |
| 4 | 2.4 team strength | €45,000 | PRO |
| 5 | 3 team strength | €65,000 | PRO |
| 6 | 3.6 team strength | €85,000 | PRO |
| 7 | 4.2 team strength | €110,000 | PRO |
| 8 | 4.8 team strength | €145,000 | PRO |
| 9 | 5.4 team strength | €195,000 | PRO |
| 10 | 6 team strength | €260,000 | PRO |
Is it worth levelling up?
The effect rises steadily (+0.6 per level), but the wage grows by about a third at every level. At level 1 you get 0.3 for €10,000 of monthly wage; at level 10, only 0.2. Levelling up gets more and more expensive for the same gain: the first levels are the most profitable, the last ones are for when money is no longer an obstacle.
When to hire
Hire first: it is the biggest strength gain of any role. This role is open from the start. Levels 1 to 3 are free, levels 4 to 10 need the PRO tier. Efficiency also depends on the relationship (0 to 100) you keep with this staff member: high stress, a hostile board or defeats wear it down.
