Doctor
Each level removes 8% of injury risk.
He is also the one who writes to you after an injury to suggest a treatment, and who sends the medical review on the 1st of the month.

Is it worth levelling up?
The effect rises steadily (+8 per level), but the wage grows by about a third at every level. At level 1 you get 4.0 for €10,000 of monthly wage; at level 10, only 3.1. Levelling up gets more and more expensive for the same gain: the first levels are the most profitable, the last ones are for when money is no longer an obstacle.
When to hire
Essential if your starters keep landing in the treatment room. This role is open from the start. Levels 1 to 3 are free, levels 4 to 10 need the PRO tier. Efficiency also depends on the relationship (0 to 100) you keep with this staff member: high stress, a hostile board or defeats wear it down.
