Division 2 · Challenger
The division where you make a name. Budgets stay comfortable, but each season comes down to a single place: the top three go up to Division 1, the bottom three drop to Division 3. A bad run and the board gets impatient fast.

Money and stadium
Challenger clubs play in a 15,000-seat stadium with a reference ticket of €22. Full, it brings in about €330,000 per home match. The wage cap is €900,000 per month, for an actual starting payroll of €412,925 to €490,755.
It is also a division where recruitment has to be smarter: you cannot buy everyone, you have to spot the right profile before the others.
Promotion, relegation, cups
Top 3 go up to Division 1, bottom 3 drop to Division 3. Each division has 20 clubs and 38 matchdays, plus the national cup.
