A simulation of club life
In Shadow Director you simulate a sporting director’s work: a budget, an eight-role staff, an academy, a transfer window with agents and offers, and the relationship with a chairman and a board. Time passes day by day, with matches every week.
Matches are simulated by the game, or played live with a few instructions to the coach.
